Moderate Democrats ensure a Sanders victory with their circular firing squad

Joe Biden might lose his third presidential bid to a septuagenarian socialist turning the Democratic Party into the U.K. Labour Party, and yet, he can't help but aim his fire at the 38-year-old former mayor of the 308th largest city in the country.

Former Mayor Pete doesn’t think very highly of the Obama-Biden record. Let’s compare. pic.twitter.com/132TB7MHaq

— Joe Biden (Text Join to 30330) (@JoeBiden) February 8, 2020 After a year of maintaining a commanding lead over the 2020 primary polls, Biden has begun to spin out in early state polling after his anemic showing in the Iowa caucuses. With just two days before the New Hampshire primary, new polling shows that the former front-runner has utterly collapsed in the Granite State.

New CBS/YouGov poll in New Hampshire:

Sanders 29% Buttigieg 25% Warren 17% Biden 12% Klobuchar 10% Everyone else 2% or less

— Ryan Struyk (@ryanstruyk) February 9, 2020 After New Hampshire, Pete Buttigieg has no obvious path to the presidency. Although he could theoretically coalesce the moderate vote in the case Biden collapses entirely, his nonexistent support among black voters and the enthusiasm behind Sanders would likely spell defeat unless he made it to a contested convention. But Biden's decision to focus his fire on Buttigieg could all but ensure Sanders's victory.

Since the beginning of this primary, the best case for Biden's presidency has been his electability. As a beloved member of the Obama administration, he could win a primary thanks to sky-high support among black and older voters, and as a likable candidate with the capability of winning back the Rust Belt, he could win a general election against President Trump.

Can someone explain to me the policy differences between “Socialist” Bernie Sanders and “Moderate” Mayor Pete, the Bolshevik Butt Pirate?

A “moderate” Democrat wants to steal your stuff _before_ they kill you.

The radicals just want to kill you.

Let’s stop with the “moderate” tag when it comes to Democrat politicians. They’re all socialists. Bernie is just open and up front about his beliefs while Mayor Pete, Slow Joe and the rest of them try to hide behind a centrist disguise! Not a dime’s worth of difference in policy between any of the candidates running for the Democrat nomination!

Circular firing squad? Couldn’t have happened to a more deserving bunch of people.

When there is enough blood on the floor, a couple of “White Knights” are ready to swoop in and pull the “moderate Democrat” faction back from the edge.

Bernie, bless his soul, won’t be nominated as the Candidate for President on the Democrat ticket. The superdelegates will see to that, as this is NOT going to be determined on the first ballot at the Democrat National Committee. The script is already written, it is only necessary for the players to act out their parts.

My prediction—Bernie will make it to the convention with barely enough delegates to get the nomination.

Then at the convention a few of his delegates will break ranks and abstain, forcing a second ballot.

Rioting ensues inside and outside the venue....

The chaos reigns for forty days and forty nights.... :-)

That works. It's also oxymoronic...like liberal intellectual and UN Peacekeeper.

I'm sure if the no-doubt huge black population of Iowa hadn't had their votes suppressed by Tom Perez and Donald Trump, they'd have handed Joe the victory. It's hard to say, what with the whopping statewide caucus turnout of fewer than 3,000.

Never forget, the Republican Party always pulls Defeat from the Jaws of Victory.

I will rest easy the day after Election Day 2020 should POTUS Trump be Reelected and not a minute before.

If he is Reelected and we fail to Win the House and Retain the Senate, POTUS Trump will be nothing more than a Dutch Boy with his Veto Finger in the Democrat Dyke holding back the inevitable demise of our Republic.
