A fierce behind-the-scenes dispute between House Speaker Nancy Pelosis office and Facebook erupted into public view Friday, as the speakers office demanded that Facebook remove a video posted online by President Donald Trump.
The video in question showed Pelosis viral State of the Union moment ripping up the text of Trumps speech Tuesday night, but was edited to make it appear that she ripped the speech even as Trump saluted a Tuskegee airman in the audience. In fact, Pelosis speech-ripping gesture came at the end of the presidents speech, and her office said it was in response to the totality of the speech and what Pelosi saw as misinformation in it.
The video, labeled Powerful American stories ripped to shreds by Nancy Pelosi, was posted on both Facebook and Twitter. Trump tweeted the video from his Twitter account just before 6 p.m. Thursday to his more than 72 million followers.
Within hours, the speakers office was demanding both social media companies remove the video, arguing it was unfair to Pelosi, who actually stood and applauded the airman during the speech.

Exactly. They can see the writing on the wall.
I’m fine with it just the way it is.
I’m going to watch it again, right now.
Is it lazy speak?
bernie sounds like he is always talking with his mouth full.
“I thought that when a person reaches their early-mid twenties the judgement/consequences part of your brain was supposed to kick in.”
I think my daughter was taking a long lunch when that was supposed to happen.
She’s on camera pre-ripping the sheets for a later use. As usual a fraud.
Nasty and the juveniles on her staff planned it before she even sent the invite
Lefties do not like being called out.
In fact the libs hate Pelosi for doing this because it makes them all look bad. They’re more than ready to shove the old biddy overboard, they just have to find a way to make it look like an accident.
She has no reason to complain. It is clear that the video is a repeat each time. It sure does drive the point home though, and that is what is driving Nanzi bonkers. Trying to censor it only makes it worse for her.
Poor Pelosi, those demon worms crawling around in her brain doesn’t let her think critically at all, just sees what she wants to.
No sense of thinking it through to envision what consequences her acts will have. She should immediately resign. She’s clearly unfit to be a rep; let alone Speaker.
My favorite for all time.
I had you way beat:

Stupid move. The pubs will run that clip over and over as proof that the dems want to tear up all Trump has achieved.

Could have. I do think the Trump Administration watches this forum. I’ve seen many things here then later duplicated by the Administration. Sometimes partially and sometimes fully. We do have the cream of the crop here with lots of older experienced minds posting so it only makes sense even if we never get the credit. It’s good enough to know we helped in some small way.
They are here. Confirmed by a campaign staffer I know. FR is much appreciated.
What a great election year video ad this will make...

Interesting. Especially when you consider the networks canceled all of the White House spokespersons appearances on the Sunday shows tomorrow. They were already scheduled to be on and they were all cancelled.
What do the rats keep saying?
Democracy dies in darkness
So be it.
I think it is worth noting it appears that Face Book and Twitter realize POTUS is only gaining strength after successfully defeating the multiple attempts to overthrow him.
The retribution is just getting started with The Vindmans, et al. FB and Twitter are Lefties, but they are not stupid.
