Enough is enough. In light of the problems that have emerged in the implementation of the delegate selection plan and in order to assure public confidence in the results, I am calling on the Iowa Democratic Party to immediately begin a recanvass.

Current rules say that a candidate can challenge a precinct result. Deadline Friday.
They aren’t going to recount every caucus. Perez wants a re-canvass, not a re-caucus.
We must go back to paper ballots and manual counting.
Each precinct presumably has the original numbers they tried to put into the app or call-in to headquarters.
How difficult is it, after 3 days, to simply report the numbers from each district from the moment the voting ended?
By this time each precinct head could have walked the results from across the state to the campaign headquarter and handed the vote tallies to those in charge.
There is more going on here but the Democratic Media Complex will happily accept the narrative from Democrats. 'Nothing to see. Nothing to investigate'.
YES. Can't be repeated often enough. The EC localizes problems. Imagine a national recount in a very close election.
