A highly respected Iowa poll that was canceled from being released amid integrity issues had Joe Biden in fourth place, which could have drastically altered the news cycle and voter considerations in the days before Monday's Democratic caucuses.

The reality is that Biden’s presidential aspirations probably ended when his son died.

Biden was picked by Obama to appeal to white middle class voters that soon voted Trump 8 years later......

Biden has been blocked by Hillary in the 2000s/2010s to being president....and, in 2016, Biden probably would have beaten Trump.

The Democrats want a far-left candidate this time, probably.

My son, who writes code, explained how this happened, after he listened to a podcast explaining it.

When the poll takers call folks, their dialogue is on the computer screen. For each new call, their screen displays the candidates names in a different order.

What happened was, the poll taker enlarged their computer screen (think making the text larger) and when he did that, it caused Butig’s name to scroll down. Son said there is a specific bit of code that can prevent that, but seems Des Moine didn’t have the code.
