Multiple sources have confirmed a report by French news site Les Crises that former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin has filed a complaint with Ukraines National Bureau of Investigation this week demanding an investigation be launched against Joe Biden, who successfully pressured the Ukrainian government to fire him and protect Burisma Holdings, the company his son Hunter sat on the board of, making $83,000/month, despite having no experience related to their business.
Shokin alleges in his filing that Biden orchestrated his ouster as prosecutor general in order to prevent the completion of his investigation of the notoriously corrupt natural gas company, Burisma Holdings.
During the period 2014-2016, the Prosecutor Generals Office of Ukraine was conducting a preliminary investigation into a series of serious crimes committed by the former Minister of Ecology of Ukraine Mykola Zlotchevsky and by the managers of the company Burisma Holding Limited (Cyprus), the board of directors of which included, among others, Hunter Biden, son of Joseph Biden, then vice-president of the United States of America.
Shokin contends the investigation was "carried out in strict accordance with Criminal Law" and under his "personal control as the Prosecutor General of Ukraine."

Somebody break Donald Trump’s fingers before he starts tweeting about this.
What is the over/under on this ever being reported in most of the media?
OUTSTANDING post. Thanks. Deliver Bourgeois Biden in a cargo plane to Kiev. I hope their justice system is better than ours.
Our hardwork, kindness, goodwill, honor has been destroyed by kickback/extortion schemes called foreign aide to further enrich evil representatives and their families and friends.
All the while our time of life is cut short and wasted by debt/tax slavery.
535+++ vs. 330 miiion
Americans have died on battlefield for this POS.
NO JUSTICE SYSTEM has EVER BEEN BUILT to deal with this DEPTH of WICKEDNESS.
In order to form a more perfect union. /PUKE
Didn’t we just learn from the impeachment fight that abuse of power is not a crime?
Boy, I bet he wishes he never made that "guess what I did" tape....saying how powerful he was...and dragging Obama into it besides.
Abuse of Power is too vague to be a crime. Extortion however is specific enough to know when you did it.
This is an Ukrainian Court.
Do you really think he even remembers that guess what I did moment?
It takes a special kind of retard to go on video bragging about an extortion crime.
Never go full retard.
I doubt SloJoe will be the nominee but if he is that video will be played 24/7.
Slow Joe isn't smart enough to know how badly he screwed up.
When President Trumps Department of Justice grants the extradition request from the Ukraine government, will that become an impeachable offense?
He really doesn’t seem to have any self control whatsoever.
Maybe Ukraine can prosecute Biden...our country sure won’t.
That was my first thought, too. It sounds like he's been studying up on how the Democrats went after President Trump and thought that would be a good avenue to pursue.
Where are the REAL criminal charges? Corruption, bribery, extortion. Does Ukraine have an equivalent RICO statute?
Or the over/under on anything coming of it.
In 2018, Transparency International ranked the United States as the 22nd least corrupt country, falling from 18th since 2016. The United States ranked between France (21) and the United Arab Emirates (23). In 2019, Transparency International stated that the United States is "experiencing threats to its system of checks and balances", along with an "erosion of ethical norms at the highest levels of power.I normally don't put much stock in the rankings done by outfits like this (and have absolutely no idea who "Transparency International" is), but ranking so far down the list and dropping 4 places in short order are not good signs. But, not that this drop JUST HAPPENS to coincide with Trump's election. He's doing yeoman's work to root out the deepest, most firmly embedded corruption that has ever happened in the United States.
Definitely has potential as a popcorn moment...

I usually don’t wish bad things onto people, BUT there are some people that need it...
I would like to see Biden in Ukraine facing the corrupt government there, can’t be any worse than some of ours that Our President is trying to clean up...
But after he is found guilty, don’t keep him there, put him in an Army plane, have 6 guys and 5 parachutes and have everyone suit up while flying over Syria or Iran or Iraq with a note in his pocket saying whoever finds him, don’t return him to any country...then push him out of the plane and May the devil do what the devil needs to do...
Kiev court rules to press abuse of power charges against ex-Ukrainian leader, top diplomat
August 21, 2019 /TASS/
A Kiev court has compelled the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine to open a case against former Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko and Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin on charges of abusing their power while in office.
"Kievs Solomensky District Court has obliged the National Anti-Corruption Bureau to open a criminal case involving abuse of office accusations against Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin and former President Pyotr Poroshenko," the Ukrainian News reported on Wednesday, citing the courts materials.
The media noted that the author of the claim, whose name was not disclosed, submitted a report on the criminal violations committed by Klimkin and Poroshenko under Section 364 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code on abuse of authority to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine on July 15. On August 15, the court obliged the Bureau to launch a case.
Poroshenko is currently facing several criminal charges. He is suspected of treason, abuse of office, money laundering, tax evasion and attempted usurpation of judicial power. In addition, he is accused of illegally appointing the cabinet of ministers in 2016 with the absence of a coalition in the Verkhovna Rada.
