She was standing on a rental car doing a little dance outside The Breakers when the state trooper rolled up. The 30-year-old opera singer from Connecticut jumped down and got into the black Jeep and ignored the Florida Highway Patrol officer’s motions to roll down her window.
Minutes later, Secret Service agent and Palm Beach County deputies opened fire on Hannah Roemhild after she plowed through two security barricades near President Trump’s Mar-a-Largo estate.
Authorities said Friday they had no reason to believe the chase through Palm Beach was an act of terrorism, but perhaps a case of impairment before noon. No one was injured.
Roemhild was set to appear before a judge Saturday morning, but her appearance was rescheduled for Monday at 10 a.m. after she reportedly refused to appear in court.

I don't know if someone's already doner this, but maybe we should come up with actual descriptions of what level of TDS the person exhibits.
For this woman, Level 6 TDS could be described as "This level is so severe, the patient exhibits a complete lack of self control and attempts actions so rash or dangerous as to lead them to possible death by either their own hand or others".
Any ideas for other levels?

This type of thing makes common people say “See? Stop worrying. Somebody unbalanced or drunk or on drugs or wants attention. No harm done.” Plus, why shoot at somebody and it turned out later to be harmless? So officers would have to be gun shy or get written up for overdoing it.
Then, true assassin uses that cover for serious and deadly business. After a few more silly stories the real tragedy comes later. God forbid.
They have to take all threats seriously and sort them out later.
