Roughly 500 protesters convened at Grand Central on Friday night - holding signs that read 'Cops out of MTA', '$2.75 is not worth human life'
Besides the action at Grand Central, protesters also vandalized station walls across the city and glued areas where commuters are to swipe their train cards
Approximately five people were arrested during the protest in the station

I don’t they can hold them. How’s that work on NY again?
I am so sick of these scuzzball, lowlife freeloaders thinking that everything should be free in life.
Think of them as accelerating the cause of rapid wealth transfer.
Arrest all 500 and send them to Guantanamo.
Remind us when seven years is up.
Who do these idiots think they are?
Absolutely appalling.
When they elected DeBlasio they lit their own throats...
I guess I’m getting really old. I remember when the Subway, El and/or trolley were Five Cents. One nickel and you could get a transfer. Now it’s $2.75 and you get the odor of Urine in the subways and you have to careful where you step to avoid the human excrement.
NYC Blasio Bail reform is working
Stand proud NYC voters!
We all wished we lived there with you for this.
I worked for a major transit bus company in the 90’s.
Tasked with diagnosing rear wheelchair lift problems,
me and two other engineers were flown to NYC. At a
downtown terminal, we started our investigation. The
electrical signals to the servos were acting sparadically.
There was a strong oder of urine eminating from the
stepwell area that comprised the wheelchair lift. We had
a tech drill some holes from underneath into the c-channels
of the wheelchair lift steps. About a gallon of urine
drained from the holes we drilled. Passengers were
relieving themselves in the rear stepwell.
When lunch time rolled around, we were escorted by
body guards to grab a slice of world famous New York
style pizza, directly across the street. There’s
absolutely no way would I even consider living in
the big apple. I can just imagine what their subway
cars are like.
Can imagine the subway
10 years ago my 9 year old son thought the rats fighting each other was pretty cool, he said they are hitting each other like girls fighting.
Just a taste of what November 4, 2020 will be like....
The were probably released with absolutely no bail before the cops were done the paperwork.
I travel to NY for work several times per month, coming into Penn Station and then walking to the office (or occasionally taking the subway). Always felt quite safe but over the past two years the presence of vagrants has really escalated. They are proliferating in areas (especially transit hubs) that were previously off limits and becoming more aggressive. A couple weeks ago a woman was attacked in broad daylight outside Grand Central.
Add this Antifa element to the mix and itll quickly get to the point where safety is a very legitimate concern.
I think this is great, and I wish there was more of it going on. Just like I hope for more poop and used needles in San Francisco. In fact, I hope San Franciscans start drowning in poop, and that New Yorkers find petty thieves ripping off everything they own, and that junkies and street trash start pooping and peeing all over the place. It could not happen to a more deserving group of voters.
I’m constantly amazed by what the stupid invest their lives in instead of work while feeling entitled to free stuff.
It’s the usual leftist rioting. Today’s given reason is the fares and police, but it’s not. It’s actually about Western Civilization, which they want to eliminate.
They change the tune, but it’s actually the same song, every time.
He wasn't even born yet LOL!
