It cannot be done. Its been tried in the SCOTUS before, and failed. Senators are there almost forever.

This is a new time where I think it can be done. But I do appreciate your point. We’ll see.
Mitt Romney will never be invited to anything again. He’s dead man walking in congress (figure of speech, I’m not threatening him). At the cocktail parties and VIP buffets, he’s always going to wind up sitting in the back corner by himself. Anybody he be-bops up to talk to will say, “Sorry, I gotta step out and make a phone call (or go find Robert or whatever).” He’s going to have to befriend a DemonRat like Orrin Hatch did.
Must have gotten a new pair of underwear.
Romney’s father
. then Gov. George Romney of Mich. sat on
the Michigan National Guard for several days until the Riot was so far out of control, practically the City (Detroit) was
on fire to the tune of almost 10,000 buildings etc.,
Romney and then Detroit mayor Jerome Cavanagh (sp?) were responsible for one of the largest Riots of all time .. anywhere.
I was there first hand I saw it up front and it was really bad. It was avoidable. Romney family has a legacy of ruining any kind of sound civilization with lawless practice of their sanctimonious B.S.!
Wasn’t the elder Romney being advised by Alinsky at the time?
Romney is hoping Trump is removed and then Romney can run in 2020.
I don’t know about any Romney - Alinsky connection at the time. I can say that G.Romney did his part in destroying the once Beautiful City of Detroit, -for all time.
I do know that G. Romney seemed to enjoy promoting the Riot.
43 dead, losses were in the Millions. Firemen were fired upon (without any protection) by the 12 Street gangs of minorities. Still Romney quenched all advice, -even from (then) Democratic Mayor J. Cavanagh, to promptly deploy the Michigan National Guard. The Riots started 1967 July 23rd.
Detroit never did, and never will, - recover from the devastation. I was the last of our family to finally leave in ‘79. Liberalism truly is a mental disease.
Will Coulter be invited to CPAC?
And now flip-flop king Mike Lee is defending Romney. As far as I’m concerned, he can leave, too. Utah’s congressional representation needs a serious enema.
All he is eyeing is losing again.
Wanna bet he votes to convict on Wednesday?
