In Mark's defense, he probably didn't know about the compromising pictures of Roberts with sheep wearing bra and panties (think Gene Wilder in "Everything You Wanted to Know...")
Roberts has a dead girl or a live boy in his closet.

That may have played if there had never been a trial, but once Trump is acquitted the argument falls flat on its face.

He makes no rules at all. The Senate dictates all procedure and renders all legal decisions in an Impeachment trial.
And the Senate could hold Roberts in contempt. And once that’s done, the DOJ could order the FBI to imprison him.
Of course that’s the extreme scenario. But Roberts needs to get his mind right.
