The “whistleblower” was fraudulently granted whistleblower status by the IG. Without the IG’s testimony, this will not come to light.
However, a review of the statute itself would reveal that he is not granted anonymity, as you state. But the argument would have to be presented in such a way as to not put it in the weeds.

The threat against him is not actually against him but against his adopted daughters that could be deported which would also devastate his wife and him. I will receive much satisfaction when the traitorous Roberts bangs the final gavel on Trump’s aquittal or whatever it’s called.

What ever happened to being able to face your accuser? Isn’t that what the 6th Amendment is about? I read the text of the Amendment and find that the first few words outline the right is protected for criminal prosecutions. Is this trial considered such?

Did they already cover that fact that the Whistle Blower Form was altered to allow Second Hand Hearsay used as fact, or is that part of the IG’s basement testimony?

I would imagine that it would first require a question raised by an R Senator. Then the defense would have to be ready with a rather long presentation, but limited to 5 min., complete with slides demonstrating the altered complaint form.
You know they have pics of Roberts with little boys. Dude is totally compromised.
Although Ciaramella is involved, I think the real whistle blower is Sean Misko. And he has been hiding in plain sight right behind Schiff, Nadler, and others advising them through the whole process. Looking at this guy’s track record and associations points towards this very real possibility. This guy is Trump’s enemy #1 and needs to be chased down by Trump’s team right away.

I want to see the exact law that Chief Injustice John Dread Roberts is using that is “protecting” the whistleblower’s identity.
