I read Rachael Carson’s “Silent Spring” as a 6th grader. I was horrified. At that time in my life I had no idea that supposed scientists would promulgate lies. When I became a scientist I realized Rachel Carson at best was a sub par scientist but probably a damn liar.

Her efforts to ban DDT lead to millions of deaths in Africa due to Malaria. It was almost eliminated prior to banning.

Rachel Carson is a mass killer.
