From The Hill:
Senate Republicans emerged from a closed-door caucus meeting on Tuesday voicing renewed confidence that they will bypass a nasty witness fight in the impeachment trial.
The consensus is that weve heard enough and its time to go to a final judgement, Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) told reporters.

To call for witnesses in the Senate is to say the House failed to prove their case.

The Republican Senators will NEVER have enough votes to require Biden to testify.

Fine. Start with the Mittens’ campaign aide who worked for Burisma. Maybe he can explain the nature of the corruption Burisma was engaged in and why Gropin’ Joe Biden wanted the investigation into said corruption stopped.

WHY can’t he HAVE a bote, and LET US SEE WHO is voting for and against. This would be GOOD information in an election.

The consensus is that weve heard enough and its time to go to a final judgement, Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) told reporters. This is probably close to the truth. Any Republican Senator that votes for witnesses after this fiasco is a traitor to America.

Exactly!
Romney is gathering support to take McConnell’s spot as Senate Majority and they are stupid enough to give it to him
