U.S. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, a vocal ally of President Donald Trump, said on Monday he would support a subpoena to obtain former White House national security adviser John Bolton’s book manuscript, according to a CNN reporter.
“What we have to do here is evaluate the manuscript and see if it’s a reason to add to the record,” Graham said, according to a tweet from the CNN reporter.
Asked if he would support a subpoena for the book, he added, according to the reporter: “I want to know what’s in the manuscript, yeah. I think that’s important.”In a report on Sunday, the New York Times cited the manuscript as saying Trump told Bolton he wanted to withhold security aid to Ukraine until they helped investigate Democrats, including Joe Biden.

Graham knows the manuscript doesn’t say what the media says it says.
That’s why there are no verbatim quotes from it. If they had a damning quote we would have seen it in toto.

Either he is calling someone’s bluff, or he’s exposing on which side his bread is really buttered.

Have you even considered perhaps there was nothing to get ahead of? Why after all this time do you automatically default to believing sources that haven’t yet ONCE been truthful?

As long as the GOP INSIST their witnesses testify FIRST (Schiff, Ciramilla, Biden), THERE WILL BE NO AGREEMENT ON ANY WITNESS TESTIMONY!!!!
If Trump did say that what’s the point? Ukraine didn’t do it and the aid was delivered within the specified time period. Unless this is just like every other Democrat talking point and never happened. At that point, I would support entering the relevant portion of the manuscript into the official record.
Was the manuscript under oath? Because otherwise nothing it says has any meaning.

Why not? This might make the democrats look even worse then they do now.
Nothing Bolton adversely said or wrote about Trump after being fired by Trump should be given any credibility.
Trump did nothing wrong. I’d like witnesses to say that. We need to shut the democrats up.
With regard to the former, admissibility in this proceeding turns on whether the President has a duty to pay taxpayer monies in the form of aid to a corrupt foreign government. VP Biden's public demonstration answers the question.
