Sen. Mike Braun, R-Ind., said on Sunday that he hopes undergoing impeachment and the trial in the Senate will “be instructive” for President Trump.
Braun’s comments came during a contentious back-and-forth with moderator Chuck Todd on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” where Todd told the Indiana lawmaker that Trump "is going to take acquittal and think, 'I can keep doing this,'"
"No, I don't think that," Braun replied. "Hopefully, it'll be instructive."
"I think he'll put two and two together," the Indiana Republican added. "In this case, he was taken to the carpet."

I hope President Trump learns a lesson from this also. The lesson to never underestimate how low the lefty wackos will stoop and that every word they speak is a lie.

What’s the matter with Indiana? The Hoosier State votes perennially red in presidential elections, but that particular Senate seat has been held by douche bags ever since the great statesman William E. Jenner retired in 1959.
Doesn’t seem as if Braun has learned anything.
One wonders if these people ever pay attention to what We The People are actually saying outside the Washington Bubble.

Another former dimocRAT posing as a conservative and since he hopes "Donald Trump learned his lesson" ("learned to embrace the swamp," huh Mikeee), so he's happy to share his thoughts on lessons he "hopes the President learns" (maybe like quitting tweeting, etc.).
A further lesson in exactly why party names need to be change to reflect what is reality, "conservative pro-life party" and "progressive/socialist pro-abortion party!"
I, for one, hopes that he “keeps doing this!”
He has done nothing wrong, and should keep on doing what he is doing!

Yep. You would think the GOP being reduced to ashes without Trump would be instructive to former Democrat RINOs like Braun but I doubt it.

Well me too.... he’s from just about 39 miles north of me. He never made any indication that he was/is a RINO. He’s always been pro-Trump from what I could tell. Not very political savvy I dont think. Will have to see what shakes out.

Upchuck baited him into saying this. He was arguing Trump has to be impeached or he will do this again. Braun was pushing back against that.
