The most effective way for Democrats to get their base to show up at the polls is by using envy and jeolousy. Their base believes that the best way to get ahead is not to work and invest their money or create products that people want to buy, butto vote in politicians that will take it from everyone who has more than they do.

Americans have little first hand experience of socialism/communism. Both sound good in theory. Every one is equal, guaranteed jobs blah blah blah. In practice it does not work because it goes against human mentality. Humans are by nature lazy. They work only because they need the money. Very few would work if there was no reward.

In summary, we may end up likes of Bernie becoming president and actually experience the bad effects of socialism before Americans learn and reverse course.

That is what has happened in eastern Europe, and even China & Russia who both have a form of capitalism in place now. China created more millionaires in 2019 than United States.

Bernie the socialist, is no Barack Obama. Trump would win 49-50 states if Bernie is the selection. On top of that, he's probably the one rat candidate for which people aren't going to commit voter fraud - remember, he's an independent running on the democrat ticket. Maybe the Clinton/Obama DNC machine takes an election cycle off from the fraud.
