>>>People cannot get too worked up about Megan Kellys travails that resulted in a multimillion dollar reward for her<<<
It isn’t about Megyn Kelly. She is just a supporting character in the Movie.
The all time winner on misinterpreted headlines was “Pope Francis to Canonize Hillary Clinton Nemesis Mother Teresa”. I looked like Edvard Munch’s Scream after the first six words.
Now there's three reasons to avoid it.
No problem After reading it again, I got it. I’m just so patterned to nonsense from H’wood and their media that I took it as bad for FOX. Which honestly, with FNC’s leftward tilt the last few years wouldn’t have surprised me.
“Bombshell”, synonym for “ho hum”.
It worries me that It took me more than a minute to get that. Old age is real.
No one either side of the fence cares about Faux or Meygan Kelly
Nah I should have put cats in All Caps :)
Another “bombshell” is “Where’s My Roy Cohn?,” which peaked at the theater box offices at a whopping $705,000. Released in September, it has already gone to video/streaming. Apparently, even the left-wing nut jobs ignored it.
Youll never see a similar film about the antics of Matt Lauer at NBC.
When the Godless lose angels get their wings.
Just because a film flops does not mean it is necessarily a bad film. However, this dud should have been made for HBO. Even if it had been a good film, it was not going to fill any theaters. There are not enough Fox News haters to put this film in the black.
So was a decent film? I have an opportunity to see it tonight (free Oscar screening version) but don’t want to see it if it’s anti-Trump propaganda.
I thought it was quite good. No Anti-Trump stuff. In fact, the typical liberal assumptions of the main character are totally obliterated by Mr Rogers. It’s a small movie, but it’s kind of bigger than all of that. If you’ve ever lost a family member you were on the outs with, the story hits very close to home. It did for me.
The only real flaw is the casting of the main character’s wife, who was obviously cast in a typical Hollywood desire to create an interracial relationship, yet has ZERO chemistry with the main character whatsoever. (I’m sure there was some black chick out there that this dude had chemistry with...but this one ain’t her lol) She’s still not a bad actress, but it was just a massive casting error.
No offense though, I'm glad I went because if I made the wife go alone, it would have been worse for me and I'd be having a can of cold beans for dinner. So two hours of my life every now and then is worth it to keep the wife happy!
I just thought the movie was flat out awful. The acting was poor, the portrayal of Ailes was flat and stereotypical. Clearly a movie made by haters of Trump and Fox News. For they gave Trump almost a half hour in the movie even though he had nothing to do whatsoever with the plot. All those mean tweets to Meghan Kelly, see how bad, bad, bad, that Trump is!
The only redeeming part of the movie was at the very end where it was noted that Roger Ailes would not be the last man brought down by the "me-too" crowd.
Yeah, like Harvey Weinstein, Al Franken, Jeff Epstein, etc. All Leftists. But this movie was all about attacking conservatives only as sexual predators.
My wife owes me for those two hours...big time!
They probably needed to blow more stuff up and or more car chases. Kind of a cross between Rambo and Cannonball Run.
Wait, I was talking about the Mr. Rogers movie, not that Bombshell junk that I didn’t even bother downloading for free from Usenet...lol
Hope I didn’t recommend the wrong movie accidentally!!!
Next week's showing is "Parasite" and I'm expecting that to be a better night.
