Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) tapped seven impeachment managers on Wednesday, ending weeks of speculation over who in the House will step into the political spotlight and make the case to impeach President Trump before the Senate.
Some members who the Speaker tapped were considered shoo-ins, including Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), who both had leadership roles during the impeachment inquiry into Trump’s contacts with Ukraine.
Others picked for the high-profile role of managers include Democratic Reps. Hakeem Jeffries (N.Y.), Zoe Lofgren (Calif.), Val Demings (Fla.), Sylvia Garcia (Texas), and Jason Crow (Colo.).
The announcement comes one day before the House votes on a resolution to send the two articles of impeachment accusing Trump of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress to the Senate.
"Today, I am very proud to present the impeachment managers," Pelosi said during the press conference.

The democrat talking points are:
1.) There is a mountain of evidence showing Trump is guilty as sin. Which begs the question, why do they need any witnesses.
2.) If the Senate exonerates Trump, it will only further prove guilt by cover-up.
3.) Trump is forever impeached.
Note: the only asterisk by Trump’s name is that he was impeached by the democrat party, not by Congress.
Rule him out— the Senate can do so. HE IS A MATERIAL WITNESS in the creation, whole cloth of the charges and the manipulation of the IC IG and the hearsay “evidence” for a “complaint”.

I guess the reps from Colorado, Florida and Texas were put on there in an attempt to fool the LIVs that this is not a witch hunt by the Northeast and Left Coast Leftist Loonies who have been butt-hurt since their “Queen” Hitlery got beat in November, 2016. And I suppose there are a lot of LIVs out there that will take the bait :(

Is Pelosi attempting to keep them from being called to testify? Normally in a court trial (I know, not 100% relevant), the legal team for either side is not called to testify.
Just wanting to see what others thoughts might be.
