I got to go to the rally in Everett, WA ( north of Seattle) during the previous campaign and it was awesome! There were a line of people around a few blocks that could not get in to a fairly sizeable arena.

It was a great and funny rally. Loved every minute.
This was the first I heard about that with regard to Newsome, so I am glad he mentioned it. He said the water was coming from up north and iirc a lot or most of it is from Washington state.
I do remember hearing during the Obummer years about not letting the farmers get the water because of a stupid little fish. Si the fish was more important to the administration then than the livelihood of farmers growing crops for many people and their families. I was totally disgusted.
He could does more work than 25 year olds! And sleeps and parties less too.
