In an amazingly prophetic story by Isaac Bashevis Singer entitled "The Gentleman from Cracow," about life in the village of Frampol, where "the food was scarce and the water foul," one day, a young man, a doctor, arrives in a carriage drawn by eight horses. He tells the villagers that his wife and baby have just died in childbirth, and his rabbi had advised him that his melancholy would disappear in Frampol. He begins to spend a lot of money in the town, and the town prospers as never before. He finally decides to marry one of the local women. On the day of the wedding, "the gentleman from Cracow revealed his true identity." Who is he? Singer reveals him to us: "He was no longer the young man the villagers had welcomed, but a creature covered with scales, with an eye in his chest, and on his forehead a horn that rotated at great speed. His arms were covered with hair, thorns, and elflocks, and his tail was a mass of live serpents, for he was none other than Ketev Mriri, Chief of the Devils."
The above story could be a parable about the Democratic Party, which can now rightly be called the Leftocratic Party, as it has embraced extremist socialist and communist views. Its members have morphed from being a voice of hope as one of America's two great parties to being properly characterized as unbelievable liars in their animus toward Pres. Donald J. Trump, voices of perversion as they publicly condemn any reservations expressed about "gender fluidity," and anti-prosperity as they wax indignant about Trump's disengagement from various multilateral deals that drain our economy. Practical and realistic concerns about Islamic terrorist threats are dismissed with outraged, scowling faces as vicious, maniacal racism.

It will be interesting to see what happens if the Dems lose big in 2020. Say they suffer an epic shellacking...will they regroup and try to moderate their views or will they mover further to the left as the old guard gets put out to pasture? My bet is the latter.
To be renamed: The Demiranians.
Of course the Democrat Party has always been the Party of Hate and Evil. It has championed every evil from slavery, lynching, the ku klux klan, and the Trail of Tears to infanticide, satanism, witchcraft, Marxism, voter fraud, illegal immigration, coup d'état, and "impeachment."
The party they once were was more skillful at disguising the evil. The disfigured reflection of the 21st century is more obvious. That's all.
All too true. Worst of all, there's a wide audience for it.
TRIGGERNOMETRY - TRUMP STYLE

Example:
See my ScreeName
They were the party of slavery, violence and intimidation. Doesn’t sound “disfigured” to me. They are just as reprehensible as ever.
I think youre right. Theyll go even further to the left
Democrats Have Become a Disfigured Reflection of the Party They Once Were>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Disfigured reflection?
They are effing insane.
No visage of patriotism or loyalty to the Constitution remains. They are not even a “party” anymore.
They have become disposable to America.
Into the dust bin of history, caterwauling all the way.
There will have to be a new party under a new name established by people like Joe Lieberman and Alan Dershowitz. The brand name Democrat is gone, dead men walking.
“They are just as reprehensible as ever.”
The democrats have ALWAYS been lunatics. Always. All these crazy ideas they say have been said for over 100 years. Nothing new. Nuts as ever.
Or perhaps just more intentionally overt and aggressive because they still believe leftists own the country and they have no respect for anyone or anything outside their own ranks?
IMHO I think they believed democrat ultra liberalism had passed the tipping point and was unstoppable.
That new-wave democrats were firmly in control of the nation and free to shape its form and future.
They believed (and still believe) that conservatism, patriotism, traditional culture and respect for the constitution are outdated notions that are on the wane and that the world is their oyster.
That accounts to a great degree for the magnitude of their shock and dismay when Donald Trump won the election over Hillary Clinton.
Most had never even considered the fact that Hillary might lose - after all, their media had essentially declared her the winner before the election had even begun.
They still can't accept the fact that their leftist philosophy and leftist Queen do not reign supreme and they openly display their disrespect and virulent hate for the culture, institutions and people who turned the nation away from their radical agenda.
To them, we "stole" it all because it was supposed to be theirs.
.
Yes, once they were more adept at disguising their evil. Today they’re more clumsy.

Above is absolutely true. All the credit for unmasking the Left, for ripping away the facade they have adorned themselves with for so many years with the help of their MSM friends shall go to our President. It is part of a legacy he can be proud of and one which may very well go down in history as saving America.
“...Its members have morphed from being a voice of hope ...”
A “voice of hope”???
Gee... maybe I’m wrong, but... I don’t ever remember them being a “voice of hope”.
LemmeTellya What I DO remember, though...
I DO remember the Democrats being the party that started a Civil War, because they wanted to keep their black slaves.
I remember the Democrats being the party that started the Ku Klux Klan to terrify newly-freed black slaves BACK into submission.
I DO remember the Democrats being the party that that blocked little black children from attending schools.
I DO remember the Democrats being the party that turned water cannons and vicious police dogs loose on black and white protestors who wanted their Rights respected.
I DO remember the Democrats being the party that supported the communists that were killing US Servicemen - OUR fathers, uncles, brothers, cousins, sons - in Vietnam.
I DO remember the Democrats being the party that cut off all aid to our South Vietnamese allies after we pulled out, and then that country got overrun and subjected to communist slaughter. Yeah... I remember the Democrats being the party that allowed that.
I DO remember the Democrats being the party that sent a certain US Senator from Massachusetts over to the Soviet Union - the Enemy - begging the commies to interfere in our 1980 election to stop Ronald Reagan.
I remember the Democrats being the party that had a US president BOWING to foreign despots, and basically sh*tting all over anything and everything American...
And those are just SOME of things I do remember...
But a “voice of hope”??? No so much, no... I don’t ever remember the Democrats being that...
“..All these crazy ideas they say have been said for over 100 years...”
They’re just really really really really really really really really really (really) OPEN about it now.
Because all the Young Commies like AOC let the cat out of the bag finally.
I remember history class and the democraps starting every single war we’ve ever been in.
Amazing, isn’t it?
They will do anything necessary to get the money laundering machine back in working order.
“Democrats Have Become a Disfigured Reflection of the Party They Once Were
The trouble is a lot of older voters still believe today’s Democratic party is still the party of the working class and blindly vote for them.
