A Massachusetts college professor was fired for posting a Facebook status encouraging Iran to list 52 American cultural sites that it would bomb, according to new reports.
Asheen Phansey, the director of sustainability at Babson College in Wellesley, shared the since-deleted post a response to a tweet by President Trump stating that the US had picked out 52 Iranian cultural sites for destruction on Tuesday.
In retaliation, Ayatollah Khomenei [sic] should tweet a list of 52 sites of beloved American cultural heritage that he would bomb, said the post, first obtained in a screenshot by the website Turtleboysports.com. Um Mall of America? Kardashian residence?
Commenters pointed out that the post was out of line, according to the screenshot.
No. He shouldnt, one wrote.
I think you ought to be careful lest the FBI come by your place and looking [at] your life and finances, another chimed in.
In a statement, the college said Phanseys comments do not represent the values and culture of the school and the professor no longer works there.

This Director of Sustainability couldn’t sustain his own job.
(raises eyebrows, and toasts you with a wine glass).
Where do they find these creepy people?
Thankfully this jackwad didn’t have tenure.
This guy never should have been a university employee in the first place to peddle his political nonsense.
Id put Babson College at the top of the list. Hell, why wait for the Iranians to do it?
I recognize him -- he got a new job already, sold me a coffee at Starbucks.
director of sustainability at Babson College in Wellesley
Fake.
With that impressive job title, you'd think he'd know the difference between a sustainable job and one that's not.
A professor of sustainability? What the heck is that? He couldn’t even ‘sustain’ his job, thank goodness.
Another leftist freak going to San Fran for free drugs and food?
Important sites to Iran: Iranian government buildings in Tehran, multiple army, air force and naval bases, oil refineries, nuclear research sites, Quds Force headquarters and barracks, and the only “historical” site that is meaningful to the Shite muslims: Khomeini’s grave. The sites everyone is thinking of are archaeological remains of the infidel Persian sites. Thus not important to the Arab oriented muslims who run the country.
Same goes for about 85+% of any given local broadcast media. Honestly.
A few exceptions exist, but MOST of your Ken n Barbie doll teleprompter readers on your “Eyewitness News” shows are little amplifiers for Fake News CNN (or, perhaps, the alphabet network carried by the local station).
When I saw it was Babson, I wasn't that surprised they canned him. Sounds like they have weathered the plague in academia better than most others.
His last name is pronounced Fonzi. At first he was suspended with pay. Jeff Kuhner and Howie Carr were all over this...especially since Babson suspended their students for beeping their car horns at Wellsley College in celebration when Trump was elected. Oh the horror!
They did give him a ticket good for a ride on any airline flying in Iraq.
The Muslim slime didnt just urge Iran to list sites it would attack, he also suggested two sites. Mall of America and Armenian Kardashians home.
The school investigated and then dismissed...they probably found worse communications.
Lol...+10
Still, they caved and created a completely useless, do-nothing “Director of Sustainability” position which does nothing but jack up prices and create much more overhead and administrative burden. Is there a single educational institution that doesn’t succumb to the latest prog fads? Education, in particular, quickly adopts all the lunatic ideas that come down the Prog Pike.
Would probably be difficult to find that many civil war monuments or statues that the left hasn’t already destroyed themselves. /S
This is hopeful... the American people see our University systems as traitors and turncoats. This is oddly refreshing... even though it's only 'news' because it's unusual.
