A Vermont state senator wants to ban on cell phone use for anyone under 21.
According to WPTZ, Democratic Senator John Rodgers says the phones are a big factor in teenage driving deaths, but can also lead to bullying and radicalization.

He represents Essex-Orleans counties - part of what’s referred to as the Northeast Kingdom.
Let the dems propose this anti-first amendment crap. This is one way to get the youngsters reeled in to the Republican Party.

Twenty years ago, I would have asked that question, too. But with so many evil people preying on kids now, I kind of see it as a safety thing. But disable browsers, games, etc., and have only phone and text active. Give them flip phones for their hours in school.
I may be wrong. I don’t have kids and admit I could be totally off base here.
