So he should have been asked — “How do you enforce the red flag law, without going to the person being flagged, and taking away their weapon”?
Then he should have been asked “If a police officer pulls over a car, and sees a gun, and the person does not have a concealed carry permit, wouldn’t the proposed bill require the officer to arrest the person and confiscate the weapon?
Then he should have been asked “how will you shut down the gun ranges without sending police?
