I would guess that President Trump is the most guarded President in history.
Maybe Omar (Some People Did Something) wants to cash in on the 80 million dollar payout should something happen...

Fearing that guarding is inherently ineffective, I comfort my self with the thought the President always wears a vest of Kevlar or some such.
