Did it get a rise out of the Iraqis? Milley should have left it fester a few days before retracting it. Deal making includes making an “offer” and then clamming up until you get a response of some kind. I was hoping it was true. Finding new wars to fight in the ME and making the MIC, war mongers richer will never make MAGA. Those promises helped get Trump elected as the anti war Party and President. The Dems want to get that mantra back. Hopefully it won’t happen.
