One small advantage we Americans have over those in Europe and other western style countries plagues with terrorist attacks is that we Americans can and will shoot back, shoot back in big numbers if need be. The terrorists will have to watch out for behind every bush or tree stands an American fully armed and ready to shoot back should we have to.
“All on Obama’s watch.”
+1
The mayor is saying “Iran will commit more terrorist attacks because we killed their terrorism chief”.
You noticed that?
[I have two outstanding international grudges, neither of which has been repaid in full by our government. One is the North Korean seizing of the USS Pueblo coupled with the shootdown of the EC-121 in 1969 that killed 31 of our men. The other is the 1979 takeover of our embassy in Iran.]
A big difference in 60 years!
Die.
We are at war with Iran. Some of our military just killed some of their military. THat is the definition of war.
............
We have simply chosen to fight the war in a third coiuntry, Iraq.
...........
Now, Iran is going to take that fight to American territory, our homeland, internet sites, and our embassies.
...............
We will have no choice but to take that fight to Irans homeland and internet sites.
...........
What will be very complicated is the choosing up of both sides of their allies, the Europeans (whom have little stomach for this fight) and the Russians and to a lesser degree the Chinese.
............
We are going to be challenged to stay in the fight as we are now oil independent, but strongly support the Kurds and mainly, the Israelis.
Our government passively allowed it.
The democrat rulers actively promoted it.
Big difference, right? </sarcasm>
This might be a very good time to leave NYC, my FRiend.
You want a sanctuary city, Bill—now learn to love it!
NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio should be treated as a co-conspirator for any terrorist attacks on NYC.
Sounds like we were at war, and team blue is just waking up to that fact.
No troops in Iran. Just break crap till they stop.
Is he declaring war?
If Iran and Hezbolah have not been in an undeclared War posture against us, why would they have sleeper cells in place already ?
Seems to me the war started long ago but we have been ignoring it.
The enemy within is as big a threat as Iran ever was.
Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
We have been in a state of war with Iraq since 1978 when the IRGC overran the US embassy in Teheran. The Carter administration did nothing about that for 444 days. President-elect Reagan spent the month of December 1980 saying that if the hostages were not release he would unleash military action against the IRGC ad the Moham-madman regime in Iraq shortly after he was sworn in as President at noon on January 20, 1980. The hostages were released just before noon on January 20, 1980. These sand people only understand death. They worship death. Let them continue their worship of Satyn and death.
Well if there are sleeper cells let them come out to play. Let’s get this rats nest cleaned up.
I lay the results of any retaliation from “sleeper cells” at the feet of elected officials, judges, and rank-and-file “Resistance” that thwarted or slow-walked this Administration’s efforts at securing and controlling our borders; the work of ICE in securing and deporting illegal aliens and other abusers of our country’s immigration laws; and who have created and upheld “sanctuary” city codes that imperil the safety and security of citizens by giving aid, comfort, and cover to outlaws from foreign lands. It is through their mischief and negligence that terrorist sleeper cells could effectively form and operate to do law-abiding citizens harm.
And don't forget New York's new bail reform, where violent people are being let free without having to pay bail.
