WASHINGTON (AP) — Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden said Thursday that President Donald Trump has “tossed a stick of dynamite into a tinderbox" with the targeted killing of Iran's top general in an airstrike at Baghdad’s international airport.
The former vice president joined other Democratic White House hopefuls in criticizing Trump's order, saying it could leave the U.S. “on the brink of a major conflict across the Middle East."
The Pentagon said the U.S. military killed Gen. Qassem Soleimani, the head of Iran’s elite Quds Force, in Baghdad Friday at the direction of Trump. The attack is expected to draw severe Iranian retaliation against Israel and American interests. The Defense Department said Soleimani “was actively developing plans to attack American diplomats and service members in Iraq and throughout the region."

This feels like an inflection point, the mistake the media made calling the attack on our embassy in Baghdad Trump’s Benghazi. 2012 wasn’t that long ago and the memory for many is fresh enough of Susan Rice going on all the news shows putting out the official lies.

These same people were bitterly condemning Trump a month ago for not starting a war with Turkey..
Democrats’ reaction just guaranteed Trump a second term.
Reagan was a great President but even he would never have the audacity to do something like this.
Trump is our greatest President, period. He’s restored our standing, strength and self respect after a long period of decline.
And he did it without the loss of a single American life! And Democrats have chosen to side with our enemies. They have revealed themselves to Americans for who they truly are.

So the Obama administration had him in the White House for a photo op, coffee and cookies, likely thinking that if they were nice to him, he would be nice in return. 4 more years of murder ensued around the world, directly from his hands. Trump is not Obama, not a closet Muslim and not an extreme apologist for their ways and so the same guy will not be back to the White House or any other house for that matter. Case closed.

I would love to know how this a$$whole was fingered. Who noticed that he was in town and how did they figure out where he would be when the guided bomb arrived. Spies on the ground? Confidential informants? Who ‘painted’ the target?
I doubt it would make for a 90 minute movie but a 30 minute segment on History Channel would be worth watching.
“Reckless” is fighting a war in Iraq while being relentlessly attacked by Iran and NOT responding to the Iranian attacks and threat while we had the military there to take then out. I have known since the late 70’s that this day would come.
