what would be the process of instituting the fourteenth amendment section three... removal from office any in rebellion of the constitution... anyone willing to violate the second amendment is definitely in rebellion of it and in violation of their oath to defend it, but how would one go about instituting it... a lawsuit in federal court or is it a state matter.

If this happens there will be Federal Martial law imposed by Trump in 60 seconds and Northam and company either in prison or shot. The speed with which POTUS acted in Iraq is clear example.

Through labyrinthine terrain and a gauntlet of armed hostility. The outlying western counties are populated by native folk who have known every square inch of that terrain since they were born. Virginia occupies 42,000+ square miles, 90% of it hostile to Northam's intentions. They do NOT want this fight, but they'll get it, should they press it.

The Left thinks they can simply force this unconstitutional tyranny onto those of us they view as their enemies.
If they had any conviction, stones, or belief in the Constitution, they would try to get the 2nd Amendment repealed, but they know it simply won’t happen.
So they are trying every single manner of extra-constitutional and un-constitutional workaround they can think of, attacking on all fronts as they do with nearly everything. Everything from outright banning and confiscation, to taxing, eliminating ammunition, and even attacking any bank or credit card that does business with gun manufacturers or citizens.
Thank God for the Patriots in Virginia both private and governmental who are standing up to be counted. God Bless and protect them. It is clear they won’t give up, and they are trying to push us into a corner.
It could be the undoing of our country in the short term as we know it, but I hope that in the long term it will be the undoing of THEIR vision of our country as THEY see it.

Their proposed laws won’t make them any worse off than CA or NY. Everybody acts like this is a new thing.
Our only “legal” hope is SCOTUS, but I’m not holding my breath.

I spent five years in Tidewater, VA.
One thing I discovered was the really old families of Virginia were about as conservative as it gets. Unfortunately they are in a minority especially around Washington D.C.
I’ll be there in Richmond during the Jan. 20 Lobbying Day. Expecting and hoping there’ll be well beyond 100K on hand.
IIRC this is a matter for a local yokel. All that needs to be done is someone file a violation of the law report with the sheriff.
