This tyrannical move from the DemoRat racist is in violation of the 2nd Amendment. This unconstitutional scheme can not stand as the SCOTUS should rule. This Rat opened up a Pandora’s box of ill consequences.

It took 17 years, and they still might temporarily back down, but it is going to happen. Sadly.

The sad thing is the NRA are doing nothing, and their HQs is in Fairfax Virginia, the heart of the democrats evil plans. I am a NRA Life Member as well, but organizations like GOA and Virginia Civilian Defense League are at least pushing back.

I know that they couldn't give me the job of being the first guy to kick in a door.

That first guy on the first raid will be fine. It's the second or third time around that things will turn around. That and when they go home.

Section 241 of Title 18 is the civil rights conspiracy statute. Section 241 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree together to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the Unites States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same). Unlike most conspiracy statutes, Section 241 does not require that one of the conspirators commit an overt act prior to the conspiracy becoming a crime.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same;...

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U. S. 570 (2008)

It is settled that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms that applies against both the Federal Government and the States.

McDonald v. City of Chicago

A case in which on June 28, 2010, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled (5–4) that the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, applies to state and local governments as well as to the federal government.

United States v. Cruikshank (1876)

The Supreme Court ruled that, The right to bear arms is not granted by the Constitution; neither is it in any manner dependent upon that instrument for its existence.

The Second Amendment means no more than that it shall not be infringed by Congress, and has no other effect than to restrict the powers of the National Government.
