Marvel to get first transgender superhero

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is set to get its first transgender superhero.

"And very soon. In a movie that we're shooting right now," Marvel Studios boss Kevin Fiege said during a Q&A at the New York Film Academy.

Asked by a fan whether there were any plans for more LGBT characters in Marvel's films, "specifically the T, trans characters", Kevin said: "Yes, absolutely. Yes."

The marvel franchise has already gotten it's last direct dollar from me. I will not purchase movie tickets nor will I purchase any themed merchandise for my grandchildren. All these alphabet soup caterers have cause me to become woke, no more bucks for queers and freaks.

I have always adhered to the live and let live philosophy, but when someone tries to jam their perversion down my throat I go straight into F'k you mode!

So, will this new character be called "Crazy Mantally-Ill Person?" It's like having a character called "OCD Man", although I believe that one has been done before.

They're also introducing a blind superhero. As far as handicapped superheroes go, that one was already done with the "Handi-Man" parody in the TV show In Living Color.

Some time ago, over at Instapundit, Glenn Reynolds commented that people should get copies of the movies that they enjoy, because they are not going to be the same in a few years. The studios will go back and redo them to fit the cultural chaos that we are seeing.

I have done that with some "controversial" Disney movies like Dumbo and Lady & the Tramp which I have on Blu-ray. If you buy digital copies only, they'll be subject to editing.

Blind super hero? Heard of DareDevil? Been around since the 1960’s, “sees” with a sort of echo-location. Dark alleys are his thing.

But you guys are hating on Marvel who believes their playing catch up to Warner Bros. DC television shows. Every one of them shoves the homo agenda down your throat while teaching kids it’s a viable life choice (or born with, whatever self-delusion of theirs).

If your body is male or female and your mental state is something else

Would it be easier just to change your mental state to match than to try and change your body? Then to whatever you seem to think it should be

They could make billions and have franchise after franchise of movies but the execs are so stupid and will lose billions and all for a few pats on their heads at their hollywood parties.

I’m not sure of the concept that a superhero should be representative of approximately less than 1% of the population.

Even more startling might be the way they show a transgender in superhero costume or doing transgender things in his “real” human character.
