Several people have been wounded Saturday night New York time in a stabbing attack at what is known as Rabbi Rottenburg’s Shul, located in the Forshay neighborhood in Monsey, according to the ultra-Orthodox website Vos Iz Neias.
Videos of the stabbing attack began disseminating on social media around 5:30 a.m. Israel time.
I would think that last night changed that. I would think after this that they are going to be securitied up. They need to carry clubs & bear spray outside & start seriously messing up the thugs.
The perp’s in custody, and either he was an African American, or Governor Northam’s and PM Justin Trudeau’s at it again.

They got a simple but effective watch word. Anyone starts in, you yell “Chapsim, (Get ‘im!)” and the whole community grabs the perp if they can and stomp him flat. If he’s still alive, he’s very happy to be arrested by police officers with badges, and the stompers make themselves scarce. Liberals, of course, object strenuously. But none of them live in Williamsburg or Monsey. Unfortunately, this guy had a car waiting and got away, but he’s now in custody. Is the motivation still unclear?
Perp’s name is ‘Grafton Thomas’. Also known as ‘Thomas Grafton’. Apparently already has a record for ‘punching a police horse’.

Either the reporter confuses slashing and hacking with stabbing, or it was modified to facilitate stabbing.
That may be the case in Rockland County in the less-established communities, but Monsey is home to mostly Manhattan-commuting middle-class sorts.

I think there’s a line that a liberal crosses to become a leftard. A liberal might believe in a woman’s right to choose, but can respect the right of a religious person to disagree and peaceably protest. A leftard, however, will forcibly shut down the protest as “hate speech,” and what defines “hate speech” is entirely up to the leftard. He appoints himself arbiter over others’ view of morality, and will not permit the expression of views which he believes cross over into impermissible territory. Perhaps they’re just Marthus-ian, but I don’t think so. They are anti-fa, and fa means whatever they want it to mean. A follower of Marthuse merely wants to give the minority viewpoint a chance by shutting down majority viewpoints, but he isn’t certain who is right, just that the minority is entitled to win for once, even if it proves to be a disaster. Leftards are certain, and they aren’t above murder to stifle the views with which they disagree. That isn’t classical liberalism. It’s totalitarianism with a left-wing bent.
White supremacists are usually just stupid. They believe that since white people have done great things, they themselves are great just by being white, and superior to non-whites. When they translate that into public policy, they are close to being Nazis depending on to what degree they believe it should motivate public policy. A nationalist, however, just wants to assert his sovereignty over either his people or his country, however he defines that. Nothing malevolent there.
So leftards are left-wing, as are liberals. But with the added demension (sic) that they believe themselves infallible in their ideology and that it must conquer all other ideologies. No dissent is tolerated, not because their ideas deserve to be tried, but because they are absolutely right and dissent itself is malevolent oppression and pernicious. Like Yeats says: “They must to keep their certainty, accuse all who are different of a base intent.”

In addition to the $5million bail, a judge issued five orders of protection for the victims and prohibited Thomas from going near the scene of the attack.
The defendant, dressed in a white jumpsuit and gray booties with his hands cuffed behind his back, was silent during his arraignment, except for briefly conferring with the public defender who entered his plea of not guilty.
On leaving court, Thomas remained silent when asked by reporters what was his motive for the violent attack.
He has the option to request a lower bail at a hearing on Monday, but will otherwise appear back in court on Friday, January 3.
Thomas has no prior criminal convictions but has one previous arrest on his record.

This is exactly why we left England and founded America- because the people did not want gov run religion forced by mandate to accept under penalty of law if they didn’t- That is why our constitution says congress shall make no law suppressing religion or basically forcing religion on people to accept under penalty of law if they don’t (that was the intent of the constitution- liberals have bastardized that to mean that government can’t even cite religious stuff in public, and that was never the intent of the constitution)
