Sort of right, just not in the way they think.
Trump rides on top of the best outfitted and trained military in the world, so in an absolute sense, yes, he is the most dangerous.
Does he have the will to wield it in a despotic and tyranical way? No! So in terms of intent, no, not dangerous.
