Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring (D) released an opinion warning Second Amendment Sanctuary counties and municipalities that new gun controls will be enforced. ...
In all, over 100 local governments in Virginia have declared Second Amendment Sanctuary status.
Moreover, Culpeper Count Sheriff Scott Jenkins has made clear he is ready to deputize thousands to fight in defense of gun rights.

The Virginia National Guard becomes the US military with a perfect presidential phone call...
Need about 100 of him
Oh, they give a "bleep" all right - about the same amount of "bleep" as they give for holding fair and honest elections to keep themselves in power.
Trump should call up the entire Virginia National Guard for duty overseas.
Buddy of mine (who happens to be Black) shares the last name of the guv and grew up in same area, Raff was about 4 years ahead of him.
(I told him on Halloween all he had to do was put on a pair of white gloves and go as the ‘Blackface’ Gov).
Anyhoo, the ‘report’ is that the ‘home folks’ are asking if he forgot where he came from.
Mind you NONE of his Black constituents that know/knew him were not all that upset with the BF thing.
But this is whizzing them off.
Also, when (red)Herring first got elected his ‘first’ act was to drop reciprocity with about 20 other states who ‘returned’ the favor.
Even McAuliffe couldn’t go along with that but we did have a ‘rough’ 6 months or so (until the Assembly met and told him NO) not knowing what our carry ‘status’ was in neighboring states.
At least a couple of them never did let us back in the fold (PA-DE)
Article I. Bill of Rights
Section 13. Militia; standing armies; military subordinate to civil power That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state, therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; that standing armies, in time of peace, should be avoided as dangerous to liberty; and that in all cases the military should be under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.
VA state judges will find confiscation unconstitutional.
Dunno ‘bout CW2, but it sure could be a demonstration of what we can expect from gun owners when push comes to shove. Will they resist? To what extent? Or will they be like, kommiefornians? Will they simply bow down to their masters?
That is quite true IMO. Something I've noticed here and elsewhere, is that there is a lot of shouts of "Molon Labe" on these Virgina threads, but very little discussion of exactly what that means in the real world. The reality of the situation is that until you are prepared mentally and physically to actually shoot whomever it is that comes to confiscate your property, be that a police officer, sheriff, deputy, or the AG of the state, then it's nothing more than hot air to make ourselves feel good and allow us to delude ourselves that we still do, in fact, live in a Free Republic.
Granted, it's not really a good idea to come into a public forum, since the surveillance state would find it to be a trivial exercise to correlate your pseudonym here on FR into your actual identity. However, it might behoove us to start thinking about exactly what the phrase Molon Labe and it's corollaries actually mean, in concrete terms.
You’re reading my mind, FRiend!
If democrats are smart, watching them backpedal will be fun. If they are stupid, I'm betting on uglier than anything since 1861-1865. My money is not on 'smart' when it comes to America's leftist enemies.
Sure hope no one sets up booby traps on that door.
Just saying
Richmond will burn again once the power goes out, I expect someone to take down one of the big distribution lines feeding them. I64 and I95 are also big chock-points being in the rural areas.
Why would you want that? Trump calling them up would take them out of the equation unless Trump was going to use them to disarm Virginians and that’s not going to happen.
“Molon Labe...”
if it’s not the will of the people why aren’t these gun grabbers being recalled? somebody voted them in.
warz are ALWAYS started by politicians getting panicky that their constituents are about to get uppity over their corruption and graft
if “they” do come..they will attempt to do so “one by one” with an armed show of force to terrorize the neighbors..
Its the main reason for a “local militia” in your neighborhood
Im off work right now. I live in SW Pa. If the boys in Winchester need a hand, no problem!!!
Imagine 10,000 single long sniper shot and flee, DC snipers all clustered in VA. Politicians will be 1st. The left needs to temper things back before this goes all Lexington and Concord.
