That sign is the Ballantine 3 ring sign, and it means OK. The thumb and first finger make the ), and the three fingers make a kind of K.

Well, I know the OK sign has been around at least 80 - well 75 years that I PERSONALLY know of and would imagine an ingenious Arizona student had figured that sign out long ago.

I'm surprised that they even used the Southern Poverty Law Center as a resource.
I thought it had been discredited as a phony and a fraud and just a front for hiding financial assets of the owners.
