Former Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy blasted former FBI Director James Comey for admitting he was wrong in his handling of the FISA process his department used to obtain warrants to conduct surveillance on associates of President Trump's 2016 campaign.
"Sometimes, Maria, it's better late than never, and sometimes it's just too damn late," Gowdy said Sunday on Fox News. "And in this case, Comey is about two years too late. We could have used his objectivity."
During a wide-ranging interview on Fox News Sunday just hours earlier, Comey acknowledged his department showcased "real sloppiness" as top officials applied for warrants to keep a counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign afloat. He admitted he was "wrong" to have said the process was "handled in a thoughtful, responsible way."

Even if Comey were telling the truth, wouldn’t this still expose him as one of the most ineffective supervisors in history?
On such an important case, he easily could have demanded these answers from the beginning
I would be startled if Comey was merely wrong about FISA abuse. I assume he worked with Brennan and others to initiate and coordinate the lies as part of their planned deep state coup against the duly-elected President of the United States.

That two of the Dims best liars deigned to go on a Fox News schedule Sunday blitz should tell us something. The leaders of this coup are scared to death of the Durham shoe drop and are trying their best to spin lazy incompetence, instead of venal treason, as an excuse for the FISA abuses, to sway the Fox audience. Comey was the FBI leader of this plot, period. I will not forget that, by his own words, he had a private meeting with the President to set the dossier publication in motion, signaling to his IC buddy “mission accomplished.” And we all know what that mission was.
No doubt. He was one of the main players in this coup.
If he was unaware of all of this, as he pretends, he would have started chopping heads once he found out.

“Sloppy” is misspelling a name or getting a date wrong. This was deliberate malfeasance.
The same thing was said about Lisa Page a couple of weeks ago, that she was scared to death of the upcoming IG report. In reality the opposite was true, they all know the fix is in and the deep state will protect its own. Comey and the gang aren’t afraid of anything.

He was more loyal to hillary and the deep state than President Trump.

Would not doubt that the lower people on the chain were told to revise the documents or start looking for another job, etc. This way the people in the upper portion of the food chain will only get their hands slapped for not following a process of checking, double checking.
Just remember the Hillary investigation. ....no sane lawyer would prosecute. ....comments. Comey cooked the books for Hillary to protect her and the DNC all the while setting up Trump. Comey is a nasty dirty cop. I wonder what he has done to destroy evidence?
