...Trump said Friday that his administration is looking into relaxing water-saving regulations for toilets, sinks and showers, saying consumers end up using even more water by flushing multiple times and trying to get clean with low water streams.
“People are flushing toilets 10 times, 15 times as opposed to once. They end up using more water,'' Trump said while talking with business owners about what he said are ‘’common sense'' steps to end overregulation. "The EPA is looking at that very strongly at my suggestion.''

Trump could win on high flow toilets and the reintroduction of the incandescent light bulb!!
I’ll bet you can still buy ye old style flush toilets that have the water tank elevated about five feet. I saw them in Israel. Israelis are smart and practical! You elevate and the flushing water is accelerated and more effective. Obviously!
Pass a law in one state that all new toilets must have elevated tanks and see what the results are!

If Trump gives us toilets that flush, showers that get you clean, dish washers than actually work, and clothes washers with laundry soap that do an acceptable job on your clothes it won’t be just a landslide, it’s be an apocalypse for the Democrats.
Plumbers know what’s really happening but won’t talk about it unless they are asked. Due to reduced water flow, pipes are clogging and continually need to be snaked.
Uh oh. Trump is risking the wrath of Albert “The Terrible” Gore if he attempts to undo this signature issue of his. :)

Toto makes a small tank toilet that works great. I walked into the plumbing supply and told them I wanted a toilet that could flush a shoe down. This one almost never clogs.
Trump is more in touch with the common man than any other president going back to Teddy Roosevelt.
Now lets get rid of those stupid EPA regulated gas can spouts.
I don’t know if it’s still a thing or not, but in the years following this law, there was a line of contractors crossing into Canada (near the Niagara Falls side, for sure, and maybe others)....to buy toilets destined for US installation. It was quite a racket!
Ditto on the light bulbs, btw.

The light bulbs are already done. Trump did this a little while ago. Now the admin is being sued.
