I’ll bet you can still buy ye old style flush toilets that have the water tank elevated about five feet. I saw them in Israel. Israelis are smart and practical! You elevate and the flushing water is accelerated and more effective. Obviously!
Pass a law in one state that all new toilets must have elevated tanks and see what the results are!
You can still get them in designer fixtures, but they are a pain in the neck to hang and plumb in.
