If he had been positioned between the poles of a large magnet, an actual Hall effect potential might have been measurable.
It’s nice when the family of the victim can SURVIVE until justice is brought.

That’s ridiculous.
But at least it happened.
I would prefer they mandate gas - nitrogen, more specifically. Completely undercuts the anti-death penalty nitwits that it is COMPLETELY painless - though in my humble opinion, death penalty inmates should be put to death by the exact same method that got them there in the first place.
