Harvard Law School professor Noah Feldman, one of the anti-Trump witnesses at yesterday’s impeachment inquiry, is reportedly playing a critical role in Facebook’s establishment of its content oversight board, colloquially dubbed the “Facebook Supreme Court.”
The oversight board will, among other things, review cases from banned Facebook users who argue that the termination of their accounts was unwarranted. It is meant to give banned users the right to appeal — but this is corporate due process, not state due process. The “Facebook Supreme Court” will be set up by Facebook and could be shut down at any time by Facebook.

This guy is a real piece of work. I watched the hearing and the stuff he was spouting was beyond belief for someone who’s credentials are higher than “some drunk guy talking politics in a bar”. And then there was the Shariah law apologetics and now this. He’s a man born out of time and place. He is a century late and should have been born in old Russia. He’d fit right in with what was going on there a century ago.

One of the Democrat Congress Critters on the House Committee on the Judiciary tried to frame Professor Feldman as a level headed guy who was to totally against impeachment until lately. He even asked him if he had been against impeaching President Trump. Feldman answered that until recently he had been. The Congressman then asked what event caused him to change his mind, to which Feldman answered the egregious behavior on the phone call to Ukraine President Zelensky.
Now, it comes out that Professor Feldman has been calling for President Trump’s impeachment for various reasons from almost day one of his administration. Among those reasons were saying the Main Stream Media was publishing Fake News; that Trump was Tweeting; that Trump had removed the Ukraine ambassador; that Trump had lied in saying that he had been wiretapped and spied on; that Trump had fired Comey. . . and many other things that Feldman did not like. Feldman wrote many op-Ed’s why Trump should have been impeached for very specious reasons. Feldman was hardly opposed to impeaching Trump. In other words, Feldman LIED before Congress when he claimed he had been opposed to impeaching Trump until he heard about the call. Do I think he will be referred to the DOJ for committing perjury under oath in sworn testimony before Congress??? What makes me think that will never happen?
I have no legitimate links to proof but I keep reading that this Noah Feldman character is Epstein’s nephew.

Moreover, Zuckerberg wants to institute these plans in “common global framework.” Well, Vladimir Putin recently signed a bill that makes it a crime to “disrespect” the state and spread “fake news.” France, who Zuckerberg says is already working with Facebook, has passed hate-speech laws that allow the banning of political content. The same is true for many other nations. And let’s not forget fully authoritarian nations like China. Are those the countries that Zuckerberg trusts to assist the United States in instituting a framework for acceptable internet speech?
