And that is what Turley is trying to explain. It is a door they do not want to open, when the house can dictate what the executive branch can or cannot do against the “separation of powers” it is a very bad precedent.
And it WILL come back to bite them in the ass in the future if they do this. So far throughout this whole mess he has been the only one I have seen that actually “gets it” in long term cause and effect as the “adult in the room”.
The democrats are acting as judge, jury and executioner all rolled into one.
The 3 “professors” were good in explaining the constitutional theory. But none of them have first hand knowledge of communication with the president. The only ONE witness who had directly communicated with the president so far is ambassador Sondland. And the ambassador said the president told him “I want nothing. No quid pro quo. Just ask the Ukraine leader to do the right thing”.

It is a lie they have been repeating since I was a kid. Unfortunately it is used in so many misdirected narratives the lie is starting to set. There are very few who are intelligent or educated enough to know or understand the difference in between the two factual definitions.

Just as the Russia hoax investigation was entirely based on a false premise: Why on earth would the Russians want to help President Trump beat Hillary Clinton?
A proven globalist insider like Hillary Clinton in the White House, with a long history of selling out US interests for personal gain, was the Russians’ wet dream.
Whereas, a tough-as-nails America First outsider like Donald Trump was the very last person the Russians would ever have wanted to have to deal with.
When I first heard of the Russia/Trump collusion theories, I really thought it was a joke. Same with Biden. Trump would LOVE to have faced Joe Biden in the ring - now there is very little chance of that...President Trump had absolutely no motive for sabotaging Joe Biden.

i can’t figure out what the Dems think they are accomplishing; they’re internal polls have got to be showing that this impeachment theater is damaging their already diminished prospects ... i’m starting to think the Dems already know that they’re going to lose big time in 2020, and that this last effort to smear President Trump is now nothing more than the Dems trying to get their vengeance against Trump in advance of being thrown out of power in 2020 ...
