A man in Florida told police and a local news station that he gunned down an AK-47-wielding robber because he didnt want to go out like a punk.
The man, 60-year-old Donovan Stewart, told CBS Miami that the robber pointed the semi-automatic weapon at him while he, his wife and his son were in his van early Monday in the Liberty City section of Miami.
He put an AK-47 to my damn face, Stewart told the news station.
I am from Kingston town in Jamaica, and I am not going to go out like a punk. So I emptied my Glock in his chest, Stewart added.

Is Clint Eastwood from Jamaica????
“I am from Kingston town in Jamaica, and I am not going to go out like a punk. So I emptied my Glock in his chest...
“””I am from Kingston town in Jamaica...””””
So, is he from Florida or Jamaica?
” I am not going to go out like a punk. So I emptied my Glock in his chest,
There ya go.

Well well well,
Here is multi culturalism at it’s best.
I read it as he is a man from Jamaica now living in Florida.
“And Mr Police-mon...you found that AK47 in MY house, I realize it is evidence. But unless it’s stolen...I claim it to be my property now mon.”
<>”So I emptied my Glock in his chest<>
Very good. Save the taxpayers lots of expense.
Cool runnin’, mon.
So he’s not really Florida Man, he’s Jamaican.
The guy with the Ak-47 who lost to a glock, that’s Florida man.
You figure it out
Some days you’re the bug. Some days you’re the windshield.
I love the comment about emptying his glock into the perp’s chest. That is the 2nd amendment in action.
Buy weapons and ammo, folks.
While I love the play by play narrative, he should have said he feared for his life and fired until he felt the threat was ended. Some Florida prosecutor and dimwit jury could make use of his choice of words to his detrimental outcome.
The state is not interested in your saving them costs. As a matter of fact this crap fuels all kinds of jobs. Cops, prosecutors, clerks, psychologists, jail guards, prisoner transport drivers, food services companies, uniform services, inmate healthcare workers, educators, chaplains, lawyers, etc...... That’s taking bread from their mouths. A lot of enemies.
