Maybe I can get a deal on a 67 or 68 Cougar in the next couple of years.
I'm on the hunt right now for a "Cougar" built in about 75.

I think round-the-clock screen entertainment, including online porn, has more to do with disinterest in cars than Greta. The two are not mutually exclusive.

The cars of today are boring. Not so. I love old cars but today's cars are superior in nearly every way. The power and handling of the average family sedan is superior to race cars of decades past.
I've even noticed styling has taken an uptake in the past few years. Although you wanna talk style, go back to the 40s.

Rumor has it this will be the 2021 Cadillac Ciana. Will it come to pass?

I find my son-in-law's Genesis interesting. Rear wheel drive, limited slip differential, and -- with a few mods -- close to 400 HP pushing a 3500 lb machine. It's fun to drive and only cost around 30K new. That's a lot of bang for the bucks.

I'm a car freak, but what I would like to get is a 72 Torino Talladega... Deplorable American has a picture of him next to it with a Road Runner in the background. Dad said that it was his car.
Dad also said you can work on them without knowing computer engineering.

LOL! That is mostly true. I, once upon a time, had a 1966 Ford Fairlane GT 390 4/spd. Then a 1969 Plymouth RoadRunner 383 4/spd. Sure wish I still did. Oh well. Life happens and you end up launching space shuttles for 36 years. :-)

All true. :-) Yesterday’s cars might not have been better than today’s cars.
But most young men don’t talk much about cars today, not as much as they did in the 60’s, 70’s, and early 80’s.
Back then, cars got a lot of attention, probably because they were very loud and much more fun to look at.
Also, back then, cars weren’t so expensive to buy, but they were easier to work on. So, young men and teenagers could buy and work on their own cars.
And, back then, there was nothing else to do but get in the car and drive around. ;-)
To: Jeff Chandler
Yes, that does look like a nice car. :-)
To: Jeff Chandler
Cars made from 1929-1940 were the most beautiful things on wheels.
