Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

§ 18.2-433.2. Paramilitary activity prohibited; penalty.
A person shall be is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity, punishable as a Class 5 felony if he:

Teaches or demonstrates to any other person the use, application, or making of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, knowing or having reason to know or intending that such training will be employed for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder; or

Pursuant to § 30-19.1:4 of the Code of Virginia, the estimated amount of the necessary appropriation cannot be determined for periods of commitment to the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
And you really think this law would be equally enforced in Virignia?
Was talking to some guys I know who live in Virginia and they fully expect the Leftists are going to start swinging for the fences come January.
This is just one small part of what they have planned.
They’ve had way too much time to think about it.
CW2?
Why do people keep talking about armed civil war? Barricade the major interstates, truckers stop delivering food and fuel, the liberal enclaves starve and can’t go anywhere. My bet is there isn’t a single progressive farmer or trucker who would break through a line. Reference the potato famine in ireland...
.... It's only a "Proposed Bill" that will never see the light of day.
That's why so many Counties in VA are workng on 2nd Amendment resolutions (for a start.)
(Virginia) Second Amendment Sanctuaries - Fighting Back Against Tyranny! (20 Counties so far!!)
Ummm? The Rats (in January) will control the House of Delegates, the Senate and the Governor's office, the Lt. Governor's and Attorney General's office. What am I missing?
It’s obvious who this law is aimed at, and it isn’t antifa. It’s us and the NRA
The intent here is to make laws such as these vague so that all men become criminals. They can then be arrested at the Leisure of the corrupt state.
Find me the man and I will find you the crime.
This is straight out of the Soviet Union play book.

Absolutely unenforceable. How would prosecutors begin to establish intent, which, along with the act, is the critical component of this imaginary crime?
Perhaps Not CW2, but RW2 - The new “monarchy” is the information state (deep state) - and they are being exposed - as King George did, they will make every Lawful and God Given act “unlawful” and “treasonous” - thus they will make criminals of it’s citizens and deal will thus with us as the “criminals” we will have become.
We don’t need a Fort Sumter moment, we need a Lexington-Concord one - one where the first shots are salvos of “weaponized information” - darkness hates the Light, and it’s time for them to be exposed.
I guess that would take a lot of time, a lot of money and a lot of lawyers to sort that out while someone sits in jail waiting for everything to get sorted out in a Rat controlled state.
It might be like hate crimes. Committing a crime is bad. Having "bad thoughts" about the person while you're doing the crime makes it much more serious. Ya think?
Congratulations. The Boy Scouts are now illegal. . .
>>>The SCOTUS will overrule, so giant waste of time<<<
Your Faith is noted.
When Politicians pass such blatantly Unconstitutional Thought Crime Laws and the Courts do not immediately strike them down we are in a big heap of trouble.
Hate is a Motive, it isn't a Crime. Say that in Public and you will be most likely be attacked, either verbally or physically. That is what our Republic has become.
“Here’s how you shoot a .22, sons.”
“YOU’RE UNDER ARREST!”
Fear the government that fears your guns.
The law will be applied in a way that supporters (of the law) say the law is not intended, to specific persons that leftists wish removed and/or of which to make an example.
Sounds to me like any military active duty or reserve or National guard could be found guilty of this statute.
