A guy protecting himself and his property is getting railroaded by loserthinkers in a phony "justice" system action.
I've lost interest in what government bureaucrat phonies have to say about anything.
Dude should make bail, then take care of the persecutor and his stooge "grand jury".
40 years ago the police on Long Island New York told my father who had a restaurant at the time when restaurants were being robbed told him to shoot the robbers if he could but not in the back. Shooting people in the back is a no go. I have a restaurant now and a woman stuck her finger in her shirt late one night and said she was going to rob and kill me. I had a 9mm in my pocket but I figured she didnt have anything . The police came and arrested her eventually . I wonder though if I thought she really did and I killed her what could I have proven as I didnt have cameras and there was no witnesses. Id have been screwed.
Ability, opportunity, intent. If you cant prove all three are present, youre going to have issues. If you dont like it, tough shit.
Actually this is another thread. I think the first and original thread. Over 300 replies.

Not guilty.
“He also was hit in the thigh and the left forearm, with the bullet exiting through his elbow.”
This indicates to me that they were facing him when the shooting started, turned to run and got shot some more.
Bump
They could be Obama’s sons! When will Obama be claiming them?
“With me on the jury, the homeowner would either get a hung jury or be declared not guilty.”
Me too, it’s time we conservatives STICK TOGETHER on these issues. By the time you’re 17 years old in this country, you should know that breaking into someone else’s property may not end well.
This is somewhat like Trump’s impeachment. Someone else commits a crime, and the person on trial is the one who responded to it.
“Hes not a trained officer.”
That’s the reason that I’d vote not guilty on this type of case. Even for trained officers, it’s often a fine line between whether to shoot or not - so the idea of holding a civilian to that standard doesn’t cut it with me.
#25. No more smirks on their faces, n’est pas?
Honest, I’d be terrified and shooting until they were DOWN.
SO MUCH leeway should be given to the VICTIM.
Now the guy who shot the kids when they were ALREADY on the ground and shot already...he deserved prison. That was some years back.
The shooter should just self identify as a coo and all will be forgiven, with pay.
Two completely different situations — save the emotional factors.
The parents only show up when their kids are dead
I’m with you.
If the young men were on his property uninvited in his garage then he had a right to shoot them. If there are more than one then one cannot assume that one is safe or that none of them will pull a gun. Does Soros own this prosecutor too? Prosecutors have been his target right along with secretaries of state.
