First, they have no shareholders. CFA is private ONLY.
2nd, I posted in August my shock that Salvation Army has caved to homos. Not as pure as they seemed.
The decision took 7 years and was made after a great deal of prayer. That prayer took place as a group in the leadership meetings...
The homo fascists trying to destroy Salvation Army were dreaming for a day like today. Why is CFA helping such evil people isolate and attack Christian organizations like SA and FCA?
If CFA does not do an implied mea culpa and reorient it’s advertising back to status pro ante then the company deserves to shrink and I hope it does to the point of failure. Caving to the left does not get it more business from the left. It raises their ire because the left believes in total destruction of the offender as the only proper punishment for past sins. I think that is what the lately termed Cancel Culture is all about. CFA has shone it can be rolled. The rolling will continue and become much more vicious because the left sees that it is winning. It is not interested in “reforming” CFA but in using it to intimidate all other companies and even individuals.

33 years ago I was working at Sears in a mall and Chick-fil-a was in the food court. Best damned food I’d ever had at that point, with the bonus of Henry Beazeley’s onion rings across the way.
I moved away and finally went out of my way to visit their restaurant (they opened up outside of the mall) a year ago for reasons others have outlined here, plus my memory of the food.
I was sorely disappointed. Clearly people are going there for reasons other than the food or people have significantly lowered their expectations.
Still have yet to sample the Popeye’s chicken sandwich (none near me, much like the 100 mile drive to sample In&Out which I have no intention of undertaking).

I’m thinking their (new?) handlers are buying what Big Media is selling about “impeachment”, and trying to position themselves for a “post-Trump” society.

You have to hand it to the communists. They make buycotts basically impossible by organizing against and eventually wearing down and corrupting all of the morally upright organizations. The only places they can’t win are for organizations where the main competition is your time and expense, like the NFL.
Their food is what it is, but there’s no reason to patronize any organization that bends the knee to LGBT fascists.
Wouldn’t surprise me that CFA’s product has gone way downhill in that time frame. Same thing happened with In-N-Out. Ate their burgers often in the ‘90s in So Cal. Best chain around of its type. I moved out of state and didn’t go there for about a decade. When I came back they were crap. Same with KFC. In the ‘70s and ‘80s they were tasty, but for the past couple decades ....garbage. The quality of fast food chains in general is way down compared to what it used to be.

I had my first CFA sandwich 3 years ago. When I first bit into it, I thought music would start playing and my body would go orgasmic. Well it didn’t. I remember thinking to myself, Is this it? What a let down.
I continued to go to CFA when we travelled just to support them.
Quality in general is way down over the decades. Including people.
When people here were shouting hosannas to CFA, I noticed the decline in their food that you mentioned. The food is bad and their bathrooms are worse than McDonalds. And it’s expensive...
SA has caved to homos. There is far too much “tolerance” on their website, including the very fact that homos get their own section in it.
