Billionaire Tom Steyer took a jab at former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) for failing to make climate change their number one legislative priority. He argued that he is the only one who has a record on this hot topic issue.
"I'm the only person on this stage who will say climate [change] is the number one priority for me. Vice President Biden won't say it. Sen. Warren won't say it. It's a state of emergency and I would declare a state of emergency on day one," Steyer said. "I would use the emergency powers of the presidency."
The billionaire touted his record fighting climate change, saying he has "spent a decade fighting oil and tech companies, stopping pipelines, stopping fossil fuel plants, ensuring clean energy across the country."

Some on the Left for sure will like what he's saying but ordinary Americans like the good economy Trump has facilitated right now after 8 years of Obama's epic failure. Any Green New Deal legislation will send us back to the Stone Ages.
There is no emergency when it comes to climate change. The Left has been whining about it for 3 or 4 decades now and we're all still around and the world hasn't burnt up in a crisp yet or we're not all underwater.
Even people who believe in human-caused climate change do not want their entire lives upended to appease the radical far Left.
When people realize they will have no airplanes, no cars, no technology, no conveniences of modern life, they will rethink their priorities.
Climate change won't seem so bad to many people when compared to all of the radical non-sensical solutions the Left has come up with to fight this scam by picking our wallets.
My brilliant sister (Ph D professor of English) has been so brainwashed that she is fully convinced that Global Warming is true and real and threatens the planet.

Just pose these to her or to the other family members:
1. Define the “correct” temperature range for the planet.
2. Define the “correct” humidity range for the planet.
3. Define the “correct” mean sea level for the planet.
4. Define the “correct” amount of precipitation for the planet.
5. Define the “correct” makeup of the atmosphere.
6. Define the “correct” amount of sea ice at the N/S poles.
7. Define/explain past glaciation and subsequent warming without any input from humans.
Don't waste your time. These people are brainwashed. They don't want to listen to reason.
I used to argue the specifics about global warming with people when I knew some liberals.
But since I have eliminated all liberals from my life completely, it is only necessary to know that climate change is not a real issue.
All the Left really wants to do is to create a socialist revolution and they want to fund the 'solutions" for fake climate change and their socialist revolution by picking your wallet dry.
Everything else about it is not important because it is make believe.
He should advocate students being banned from driving gas driven cars to save the planet.
