I got the feeling that the whole “Schiff shutting down the talk” was related to Voldemort admitting to leaking but they could not identify who he leaked it to so they may not have clearance.

Definitely. Vindman illegally leaked to Ciaramella. Ciaramella used deep state resources to “fill in the blanks” and transform the transcript into something illegal. They then took it to the IG, who approved it because of its apparent illegality.

This all collapsed when Trump released the real transcript and none of it synched. I’m thinking that Trump people were watching all of this process in the background waiting for this to happen. Ciaramella needs to be destroyed, and this might be the final chapter in his working in the CIA.

They say Ciarmarella (oops, sorry about the typo. It outocorrected "whistelblower" to that word) isn't himself a suspect but rather a potential witenss. So they're investigating someone else. Sounds like Ray's FBI is in Gestapo mode again, investigating Trump. Under Barr this time.
