In my purely speculative opinion, cartels are posting the bails and threaten retaliation if ICE is permitted to detain their client.

No, “the Jail” didn’t “fail to honor” it. A person or persons, with names, faces, addresses intentionally let him go.
ICE knows who they are. Arrest them for aiding and abetting the escape of a fugitive murderer, and throw the book at them.
Then watch how fast this crap stops.

What I was trying to say is that they don't care about anybody else's family members getting hurt. They only care when it's their own family members that get hurt.

Next year when this illegal alien does another crime, hall these people into court to pay for damages.

Local officials who refuse to protect Americans from fraudulently documented foreigners need to be charged with federal offenses.
Nothing has been done on interior enforcement... we must increase and accelerate the rate of deportations.
This asshole has illegal family members that should be deported, if he his employer should be cited - these illegals live unfettered in our communities and that must change.

The Federal courts could end this problem overnight. The problem is sovereign immunity, a legal doctrine that says a public official cannot be sued for doing (or not doing) his or her job. I do believe there is cause for action when a local official violates Federal law (such as sanctuary cities do) and a citizen suffers harm. If the sheriff of San Francisco had lost his house and his pension in a lawsuit to the family of Kate Steinle for turning loose the illegal who shot her, other local clowns would be quick to take notice. If they they like illegals so much then they should put some skin in the game.
Well, I agree with that, but where are the state officials taking corrective action?
Just think about the illegals who commit crimes and flee the country before police know they committed a crime? I’ve seen them run back to Mexico to hide when the cops want to speak to them about a murder. It’s not hard to believe a person sneaks across the border to commit a crime and sneaks back out after the crime.
