President Donald Trump visited Walter Reed Army Medical Center on Saturday, and according to CNN, a person "familiar with the matter" claims the visit "did not follow the protocol of a routine presidential medical exam."
I was about to say that this White House leaks like a sieve, but that would be unfair to sieves, which are supposed to filter out at least a few things. That's no slight on Trump, by the way. There literally aren't enough true loyalists in D.C. to staff the White House without letting in a bunch of leakers.
But does this particular leaker have the goods, or is CNN peddling in fake news?
CNN's hackiest of hacks, Chris Cillizza, didn't waste any time jumping on the paranoia bandwagon. The White House said on Saturday that POTUS was in for a "quick exam and labs" in preparation for his presidential physical, but Cillizza claims that we have a "President and a White House who have set a standard of dishonesty and obfuscation." He also notes that "Trump is 73 years old," and at his most recent physical "he clocked in at 243 pounds." This is where I'd point out that Chris seems to be of expanding girth himself in recent years, and has a long history of just being flat-out wrong about pretty much everything.
Scrolling through the mentions, "THE PRESIDENT MIGHT BE DYING OF CANCER OR EBOLA OR SEOMTHING," might be CNN's new Flight MH370 disappearance. The network is just that obsessed.
The network's squeaky-voiced host of the charmingly-named Reliable Sources breathlessly tweeted this late yesterday:

I’m in agreement that the people have a right to know about the President’s health. But if it was just a scare it’s just that and we don’t need to know.
FDR got away with being paralyzed for most of his time in office and most people didn’t know and nobody had a problem with that.
It’s not like the leftists cared about Clinton’s missing septum from cocaine use.
Sure, FB sucks, but there is a diversity to their suckiness. Given a choice between gleaning what I can from diverse opinions and commentaries, and taking CNN’s word for something, I’ll go with the former.
Why wouldn’t they peddle BS about his physical, after doing the same about his mental health, vis a vis the 25th Amendment, early in their impeachment quest?

That Dr.David Scheiner who once was the quack coverup master for Hussein Obama has done the unprofessional act of using his medical degree status to hurt President Trump. He claims the President must have some “neurological issue” or some serious heart problem.
This is despicable. This is like the quack shrinks who had a little march with placards saying to remove him under the 25th Amendment after their long distance diagnosis that President Trump wasn’t in control enough to sign treaties or meet with foreign leaders or understand bills in Congress.
No one can diagnose someone long distance based on MSM soundbites and 2-3 lines of rumor by his enemies.
Rumors are no basis for this doctor to form an opinion based on “somebody heard it was chest pains” “somebody said he was poisoned” “Everybody at the White Housed must be covering up some secret.”
Dr.David Scheiner should have his MD license returned to the earn your degree online correspondence course place that issued it.
Even the name of CNN is a FRAUD on their viewers, as there is little or NO actual NEWS on CNN.

Sorry if I sound disrespectful. But the safety and security of the United States is at stake. We need a fighter who can juggle 100 things at one time exactly how Trump is doing.
Well the peddle fake news about everything else so....
FDR was paralyzed during his entire time in office, in fact throughout most of his political career. He contracted polio in 1921 when he was 39 years old. He and a compliant media hid his condition pretty much until his death. The media has protected Democrats at least since Woodrow Wilson’s stroke while in office. By the way, Wilson’s illness probably started when he likely contracted the Spanish flu while attending the Versailles conference. There are pretty strong indications of this in the historical record.
CNN will publish anything to raise ratings.
