I beg to differ. Yovanovich is not the payEE; She is the payER. Whoever received the rent money is the payEE.
But more importantly, Zelensky in the July 25th phone call verifies that she was a Poroshenko loyalist and would NOT be loyal to himself.
I believe Zelensky's people asked her to be recalled.
