After watching her this week I would say - yes, yes she’s that stupid. They all thought they were above the law and so far they are right.

I doubt that they got that thought on their own, someone in a very high position of power must have told them that as long as they did as they were told, they did not have to worry about being prosecuted. That includes everyone involved in the coup to oust President Trump.
